- Once a sale is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled/refunded.
- Upon delivery, please confirm the condition of the product within 24 hours.
- For any damage/refund claims, please share an unboxing video of the same.
- Please expect some wear and tear as the products are preloved.
In case there are damages, follow the guidelines mentioned below:
- Kindly raise your concern within 24 hours of receiving the product (return claims after 24 hours will not be accepted). Kindly send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org with the relevant unboxing videos and images. Our team will review your complaint and get back as soon as possible.
- We usually respond within 24 hours’ time.
- In case of a refund confirmation (by us), the item needs to be packed within 2 days. We would require images of the packaging for logistical ease and coordination.

- The original packaging is intact
- The product remains unused
- Once the order is placed, the order cannot be cancelled in the interim.
- Once the item has been returned to the seller, your refund will be processed via your original mode of payment. This may take 5-7 days’ time.
